Custom bike and clothing e-commerce platform
Picking a bike isn’t only a hard task but choosing the wrong one can be a costly mistake. It’s easy to pick a bike because you like the color, or even worse you find the bike you want but it doesn’t come in any colours you like.
That’s why splate only offers custom bikes, so that you can be matched with the bike you need and then make it look the way you want.

Using the Splate bike design studio, customers are easily able to navigate their way through the design process with focused placed on the bike. Instead of a series of pages to click through, the customer can easily navigate to whatever bike part they want to start with, either clicking on the part directly or using the sub navigation.
Not everyone’s a bike expert, so if there’s any confusion about what part they are customizing the user can easy switch to ‘part highlight’ view.

For this project, I produced a library of high-quality product images for the digital product to be built around. This allowed for the inclusion of the smart custom product suggestion featured above. Utilizing the colours and design themes used in the design of the bike, the customer would be pushed already customized additional products that would match the design of their bike.
